Welcome to satuqq. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the satuqq online gaming platform (the "Platform", "Service") operated by satuqq ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and satuqq. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand all provisions before creating an account or participating in any gaming activities on our Platform. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred.

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online gaming in your jurisdiction.
satuqq reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
To use the satuqq Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. satuqq strictly prohibits underage gaming. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
The Platform is intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform and participating in gaming activities. satuqq employs geo-location technology to verify your location. Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law from gambling online and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws, statutes, or regulations.
Your Account is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, betting syndicates, professional gambling operations, and any form of coordinated betting activity are strictly prohibited. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party or allow others to access your Account.
All Players must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and a recent selfie photograph. This one-time verification ensures compliance with age restrictions and helps prevent fraud, identity theft, and money laundering. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended.
To participate in gaming activities on satuqq, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are limited to one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify satuqq immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. satuqq is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. You agree to notify satuqq promptly of any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
satuqq reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods at any time. This may include but is not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and bank account verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including but not limited to withdrawal limitations or Account suspension.
satuqq accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted for security and anti-money laundering compliance reasons.
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within 15 minutes of successful bank transfer confirmation.
You acknowledge that deposited Funds are intended for gaming purposes only. satuqq is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds deposited into your Account may be used to place bets, play games, and participate in Platform activities, subject to these Terms.
You may request withdrawal of Funds from your Account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your own legal name matching the name on your satuqq Account and KTP.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on bank and verification status. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) may be subject to additional security review.
satuqq reserves the right to refuse any withdrawal request if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of Terms, or other illegal activity. In such cases, we may conduct a thorough investigation before processing the withdrawal or may close the Account and refund the original deposited amount.
satuqq does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). However, your bank may impose its own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which satuqq is not responsible. It is your responsibility to understand your bank's fee structure.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit or withdraw using a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rates, and you bear any associated conversion costs.
satuqq may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific bonus terms are published on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
Bonuses are discretionary promotional offers and are not guaranteed. satuqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual Players from specific promotions if we detect bonus abuse, violation of promotional terms, or suspicious activity.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and time limits are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players are entitled to one active bonus at a time. You may not combine bonuses, and you may not claim the same bonus multiple times using different Accounts. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and results in Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
satuqq reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if we determine that you have breached bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated these Terms. Common violations include exceeding maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, playing restricted games, attempting arbitrage, or collusion with other Players.
Each game available on the Platform has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and betting limits. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game you choose to play. Game rules are available within each game's information section. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, satuqq's decision is final and binding.
All games on the satuqq Platform, excluding live dealer games and sports betting, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditing agencies to meet international gaming standards. RNG certification reports are available upon request.
Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage representing the theoretical payout over an extended period of play. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. You acknowledge that all games have a built-in house edge and that losses are possible.
Sports betting markets are governed by specific rules regarding settlement, postponements, abandonments, and disputed outcomes. All sports bets are settled based on official results from the respective sports governing bodies. In cases where an event is postponed or canceled, bets may be void and stakes returned, or carried forward, depending on the specific market rules published on the Platform.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional casino studios operated by licensed gaming providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) performed by professional dealers. Video feeds are provided as a convenience; if technical issues interrupt the video stream, the game outcome remains valid as determined by the studio equipment.
In the event of software errors, game malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or technical glitches, satuqq reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. You agree to notify satuqq immediately if you become aware of any error or malfunction. Exploiting software errors or glitches for profit is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:
Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all Funds and winnings, and potential legal action. satuqq may also report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
The satuqq Platform and all Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. satuqq makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You participate in gaming activities at your own risk and are solely responsible for any losses incurred. satuqq is not responsible for any financial harm, loss of winnings, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
satuqq is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, unauthorized access, or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to maintain Platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Games on the Platform are provided by third-party gaming suppliers. satuqq is not responsible for any defects, errors, or issues arising from third-party game software. Our liability is limited to refunding stakes in the event of proven third-party game malfunction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, satuqq's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
satuqq reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, play games, or withdraw Funds while we conduct an investigation.
satuqq may terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. satuqq may, at our discretion, return your deposited Funds after deducting any amounts owed to us.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, we offer self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Upon Account termination or closure, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their respective rules. Your obligation to pay any amounts owed to satuqq survives termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions) shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which satuqq's operating license is issued. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with this governing law.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting satuqq customer support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against satuqq.
